These terms and conditions govern the purchase and delivery of mattresses from Albatross India Mattresses. By placing an order, you (“Customer/Visitor”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment and the issuance of an order confirmation email.
• Any issues with the order will be communicated to the Customer promptly.

2. Payment Terms

• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, Bank Transfers and other options specified at checkout.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Product Information

• We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and images, but actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.
• Custom orders are available under specific conditions and may require additional processing time.

4. Delivery

• Delivery options include standard and expedited shipping.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order but are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The usual delivery time is within 15-20 days after the order confirmation. Any change or delay in shipping will be informed.
• Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and selected method.
• Delivery is available only within specified geographic areas.
• Customers must be present at the delivery address to inspect and accept the mattress.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the mattress is in its original packaging and condition.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned mattress.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Warranties

7. Cancellations
